Crayons Creations – Wedding Photography & Cinematography

Welcome to Crayons Creations. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for booking and using our wedding photography and cinematography services. By confirming a booking, paying an advance, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
1.1 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when:
A non-refundable advance payment is received, and
You receive a written confirmation from Crayons Creations (email/WhatsApp).
1.2 Advance Payment
The advance/retainer fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Standard advance: 30%–50% depending on package.
1.3 Balance Payment
50% of the package fee must be paid on or before the event date.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of photos, videos, and albums.
Any payment delays may extend delivery timelines.
2. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
2.1 Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels:
The advance amount is non-refundable.
If cancelled within 30 days of the event, 50% of the package is chargeable.
2.2 Postponement / Date Change
Postponement is allowed only if the new date is available.
If the new date is already booked, the case will be treated as a cancellation.
Special pricing or offers may not apply to the postponed date unless confirmed in writing.
2.3 Cancellation by Crayons Creations
In rare situations where we are unable to cover your event due to emergencies:
You may choose a full refund, or
We will arrange an equivalent professional team to cover your wedding.
3. SHOOTING CONDITIONS
3.1 Cooperation
The client agrees to:
Ensure availability of key people for photos/videos.
Allocate time for couple portraits and family sessions.
Provide a safe and accessible working environment.
3.2 Coverage Style
Crayons Creations follows a candid, documentary, and cinematic shooting style.
We do not guarantee specific shots.
Missed moments due to crowd, lighting, or schedule constraints cannot be recreated.
3.3 Venue Restrictions
We are not responsible for missed shots or limited coverage due to:
Priest/venue restrictions
Stage crowding
Security limitations
3.4 Meals for Crew
For full-day weddings, the client must provide meals for the photography/cinematography crew.
4. RAW FILES, ALBUMS & DELIVER
4.1 Raw Files
Raw photos/videos are provided only if included in the package or purchased as an add-on.
Raw files are unedited and delivered as-is.
4.2 Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery schedule:
Sneak Peek Photos / Reels: 10–15 working days
Complete Edited Photos: 45–60 working days
Cinematic Wedding Film: 60–90 working days
Album Design: 10–15 working days after photo selection
Album Printing: 10–15 working days after approval
Timelines may extend during peak season or due to client delays.
4.3 Photo Selection for Albums
Photo selections must be submitted within 30 days of gallery delivery.
Delay in submission will extend final delivery dates.
5. REVISIONS & EDITING
5.1 Video Revisions
Packages include:
1 major revision for the cinematic film
2 minor revisions for teaser/trailer
Additional changes are chargeable.
5.2 Album Design Revisions
Two rounds of changes included.
Further modifications will incur additional charges.
6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
6.1 Copyright Ownership
All photos and videos captured remain the copyrighted property of Crayons Creations, as per Indian copyright law.
6.2 Client Usage Rights
You receive full personal-use rights, including:
Printing
Sharing
Uploading on social media
Commercial use and resale are not permitted without written consent.
6.3 Company Portfolio Usage
Crayons Creations may display wedding photos/videos on:
Website
Social media
Advertising
Digital portfolios
Awards or competitions
If you require privacy/no-social-media usage, it must be requested at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Equipment Failure / Data Loss
In case of data loss or equipment malfunction beyond our control, our liability is limited to refund of the amount paid, not further compensation.
7.2 Safety & Harassment
Our team reserves the right to stop coverage if subjected to:
Abuse
Threats
Unsafe conditions
Extreme intoxication or harassment from guests
No refund will be provided in such cases.
7.3 Schedule Delays
We are not responsible for lost coverage due to:
Late start of events
Traffic delays
Venue time restrictions
Weather conditions
8. DRONE POLICY
Drone coverage is subject to:
Weather conditions
Government/venue permissions
Safety of guests
Drone shots are not guaranteed in case of legal or environmental restrictions.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking Crayons Creations, paying an advance, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
